Fantastic service and staff incredibly welcoming and friendly. Beautiful grounds but room was very cold and dim. Heating not working properly, not very warm. Although staff did check it, it wasn’t very warm and a draft coming through. Lighting in the room wasn’t working and then fixed but very dim.

"Holiday inn express portsmouth The bed linen was a disaster, dried blood stains on the matress cover. Yes, dried blood stains. The bathroom towels had the same issue. We spoke to the front desk who stated its cleaned outside but the person making the bed should have seen it. Not good"
