"My partner and I had a wonderful stay in a very spacious 1 bedroom apartment. It really was huge and the beach view and balcony wonderful. Location and facilities perfect, we will be sure to return before too long."

"Hotel is in the Casino complex- no noise or issues though. Rooms quite large and bed comfy. Close to Cairns main shopping area and lagoon. Didn’t use facilities as it was only an overnight stay"

Breakfast was great in the morning with a good amount of options and went on until 10.30am. Sound proofing was poor and could hear guests in the corridors and the rooms next door. Hot tub on balcony was nice but did not work very well. "

"This is an upscale hotel. If you are looking for that, with the same clientele, this is the place for you. If you are looking for something that is Australian, this is not it - staff are mostly foreign, catering to foreigners."

"The area is very private, surrounded by beautiful gardens and ponds with lotus flowers and water lillies. The atmosphere is serene and peaceful. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Many day trips pick up at the property and it's only a short drive to town or the marina"

"Check in was quick and easy. Lots of dining options in walking distance. Area is generally quiet. Room is very spacious and in good condition aesthetics wise. Ceiling light above desk was not working, which was an issue for someone travelling for business and needs to work after dark. Was too late to do anything about it once found out (reception closes at 5pm). Aircon in the room was also extremely loud and ceiling fan looked extremely sketchy, wobbling so much you'd feel unsafe to use it....
