"The first room we got assigned had no towels, a dirty shower and missed pillow cases. The reception said that housekeeping couldn’t come back to clean and we were assigned another room. It appeared that it was cleaned but the airconditioning wasn’t working in this room. This property is old, not maintained (leaking air conditioning in the hallways) or cleaned (dirty carpets) . Staff didn’t even care when I told them I had a terrible stay upon check out. They just smiled. When paying 300 Euros...

Plenty of parking out front (we had forgotten to book the hotel's covered carpark), but it was off season so might be a lot busier in the summer. "It’s an Ibis Budget so one knows it is basic. But this hotel is very clean, functional, friendly and has what I needed for an overnight. Secure on-site parking and a great breakfast are added bonuses. If you get here before 5pm, there’s a self check-in and you need your booking reference number for the kiosk at the hotel entrance. You then get a ticket with room number and passcode, Hotel is close to a Lidl and the wonderful old town on Dives-sur-Mer. "
