"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at the Omni. All of the staff were great, the location is incredible, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays, which made the experience even more special. We also visited the bar and Bob’s Steakhouse both provided excellent service. We’ve stayed at other Omni locations and truly appreciate the consistency in great service. We know we can always count on a fantastic experience with Omni."

"The air conditioning the first night was not working correctly. It was late and I did not alert anyone and slept. The 2nd night I notified the desk when I arrived to sleep. The immediately sent up a technician who corrected the problem"

"Staff was kind and courteous. I had a few complaints about the A/C monitor and it being set by the hotel instead of being able to control myself in the room. Never got the temperature to preferred temperature but staff did reach out multiple times to address and try to resolve any issues. That I can appreciate. Elevators seemed to not be working properly so hopefully that gets addressed. Rooms were clean and had great views. Staff was great. Would recommend. "
