"Communication with Sardinia Unlimited was very comfortable and reliable. We were changed to a different accommodation and this one was great. Thank you!"

"We had a lovely stay here in a tiny, cozy house with lots of privacy. The kitchen is serviceable, and the pool is lovely, though we visited in late October and spent the warmest day at the beach. There is outdoor seating and a bbq, which adds to the appeal of coming back to the house. The town is small and cute, and probably buzzing in summer when all the restaurants are open. It’s a great base for exploring a beautiful part of Sardinia."

"De locatie was perfect, met een fijn huisje. Helaas was er geen wifi, terwijl dit wel vermeld staat op de site van VRBO. Ook het vermelde spa of bubbelbad was niet aanwezig. Deze schijnt tijdens corona verwijderd te zijn. Maar pas dit dan aan op de site? Verder enkele kleine vragen en servicepunten, die adequaat en snel door de verhuurder verholpen en beantwoord zijn."

"Posto stupendo, vista fantastica. La casa era come descritta ma l’ arredamento e gli utensili erano passabili e i materassi e i cuscini piuttosto scadenti. Necessità di qualche manutenzione (gabinetti e serrature). Per il resto nessun problema. Spiagge bellissime a circa 20 minuti di macchina mentre quelle vicine ad agosto quasi impraticabili. "

"The villa is really nice with a great view over the ocean. The villa and swimming pool were clean. The surroundings are beautiful. The roads are steep, having a car is to prefer. The restaurants and supermarkets are 2,5 km from the villa, a bit far to carry shopping bags. Costa Paradiso is a quiet and nice place."

"The communication was bad and at one point we didn’t even get any information anymore so we had to drive more than 30 minutes after waiting 6 hours in Costa Paradiso for the flat to be ready just to find out that there was a key box. we didn’t get that information. "Beautiful area and so close to the beach and restaurants. The hotel is basic but not a problem at the price and location. The staff are very nice, breakfast is decent. Aircon works and free parking was pretty easy in late June. "

"We had an amazing holiday at this lovely villa. Birgit was the perfect host, excellent communication, nothing was too much trouble. The view from the villa is simply stunning I would never get tired of looking at it. The local area quiet and rural but bars and amenities close. "

Hotel Costa Paradiso

2/10 Terrible

"Reviews and pictures should carry a warning that this is a very isolated hotel which purports to be 4 star but service wise is barely 2 star. We stayed for 5 nights, booked well in advance. Our first room was the fully enclosed, disabled room, not suitable. We had requested a sea view but according to the manager also needed to ask for a balcony as well!! We were moved the next day to a side balcony, no view for 3 nights and then told we needed to move next door for our final night. No apology or compensation was offered, it was as though it was our fault! We were not surprised when we went to breakfast, no welcome, no explanation of the service and staff who looked like work was an inconvenience. Coffee machine queues, food not replenished (or fresh) and plenty of flies everywhere. Staff did not clear tables until they felt like it, hence visiting birds had a field day. Overall I feel the management need to audit and review its customer experience, it is not good. The only positive person to mention is Alejandro the pool attendant, very efficient. STAY WELL AWAY this hotel is poor."
