"Very convenient hotel, especially for travelers in transit or those catching an early flight. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bathroom was neat. Air conditioning worked perfectly, making the stay comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Shuttle service is also available, which makes getting to and from the airport easy. Overall, a great place to stay for comfort and convenience when traveling."

"I was SO impressed by the professionalism of the staff at the Hilton and Conference Center Port of Spain, Trinidad. I have experienced competent hotel staff on many hotel stays; however, the stellar Front Desk staff, specifically Stefan and Quassie, were so impactful and helpful and assured that my time there was most pleasant. "This was my second time staying at the hotel. It was lovely. The staff were great, very friendly. The pool was beautiful but the hot tub was just a small pool this time, the heat and jets weren't working. The bar wasn't open, so we had to go to the lobby for drinks. Otherwise it was still a good stay, had lots of fun, and we were both very relaxed by the end of our stay. Big ups to the staff for dealing with me and my husband 🙏❤️"
