We recommend this hotel for a true Trinidad experience. The morning breakfast was delicious and the server was awesome. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay there and will return again.

Overall this property is ideally located in Couva which allowed for ease in getting to those areas within the vicinity that we needed to get to. The staff was also very pleasant and helpful. We felt very safe also. So kudos to the management.

I was a little jittery but the hotel is very cozy and staff very friendly. The only downfall is the breakfast being the same each day and the pool is on the outside via another building.

Metro offers great service for a low price. The staff is pleasant, you are provided with a lot of amenities and toiletries and the pool is amazing. The only issue is that the Wi-Fi isn’t the best and has limited range in the hotel making working and browsing a bit of a challenge depending on where you are located in the facility. Highly recommend

The metro hotel offers very spacious rooms with fridge and microwave. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is limited. The hotel has a bar behind the building which has loud music during the afternoon, evening, until after midnight which is great if you are looking for a place to have fun but less helpful if you are staying for work and want to have a good night of sleep

Room was very large and spacious. Bathroom, microwave refrigerator in the room was a plus. Staff came to clean daily but did not really do cleaning as everything was left the same way. Replaced towels only and nothing else. Front desk staff was mostly friendly and helpful.
