No air conditioning (2 units in room looked great but we’re “under repair”) and fans were subpar and temps in high 90’s. Same with other guests. charged €2.00 for a tiny cup of black coffee. No wash cloths. Wouldn’t allow us to eat food from next door, at rickety table and chairs “for hotel patrons only”…even though we were patrons. Live and learn.

Had a wonderful stay! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the metro and very easy to get around. There were lots of restaurants and shops close by too. The staff were awesome, accommodating, and genuinely friendly throughout our visit. Our room was a little small, but it felt very cosy and was kept spotlessly clean. The only small thing that would have made it even better is a mini-refrigerator in the room. Overall, a great experience and I would gladly stay here again!

The room was clean and conveniently located. Staff was kind of non existent which was nice. The only downside was the spiral staircase to the 5th floor. Not a big deal except when hauling your luggage.

My room was clean, comfortable, and certainly adequate for my overnight there. The staff were very helpful and friendly, from arranging an early morning cab, providing a continental breakfast to go, to answering all of my questions. There are a variety of good restaurants, accessible on foot, within several blocks. The location, right across from Gare St. Lazarre, was very convenient for my rail travel.
