"I just wanted to share my experience. Overall, it wasn’t great, and I don’t think I need to go into every detail to explain why. I really wish the customer service had been better. We were honestly disappointed because we were expecting SoundWaves to be the main highlight, but when we arrived, we were simply told it was sold out. There wasn’t any empathy or even an attempt to ask why we were there it just felt very dismissive. That part was especially frustrating. We’ve never had an experience like this before, so it was really disappointing. I hope this can be improved moving forward, because it could have made a big difference in our overall experience.This happened on 4/11/2026.. Terrible experienced!! "

"Property was sketchy, unkept and run down. Room was clean but iron was singed with burned residue, ironing board was broken and when blow dryer was turned on it rumbled, sparked and smoked. Immediately unplugged and warned staff it was a fire hazard. If looking for a hotel near the airport there are many other options. Spend a little more $$ for a better place to stay. "

"Breakfast was a huge letdown. Food was cheap, cold, and plain. They also gave my room away before we checked in. They ended up giving me a room for 3 when I booked a room for 5. I booked 2 beds and a pullout sofa bed for 5 and they only had a king bed with pullout sofaI had no choice but to accept the smaller room at 10:30pm at night. Hotel still charged me for my original room. Hotel management will do nothing for me even after contacting them. Will stay away from this location and chain in the future."
