"The hotel was comfortable and decent. The room was a good size. Breakfast was ok, can be improved. Staffs were very accommodating especially the front desk lady and Manong guard who helped me with my documentation issues that was extremely important for me to accomplish that day and they helped me, a stranger without hesitation. I now have a go to hotel near Nuvali whenever i visit my sister."

However, it was advertised that they had free shuttle service to pick me up from the airport, but they said that they did not offer that anymore but I paid for it. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast is not enough. They served me few food that did not make me full."
