「Deep Sea Resort was a great place to stay in Kitale - our family of 4 stayed here for 2 nights when visiting Mt. Elgon National Park (~1 hour away from Kitale). The rooms, dining room and pool were clean (although the rooms smelled a bit musty), the staff was super nice/polite/helpful, the breakfast was delicious (eggs, pancakes, samosa, yams, fresh fruit and coffee) and there is a restaurant for lunch/dinner as well. The bed was fantastic - best night's sleep I have had since I arrived in Kenya...
「There was no running water on the property! We left after the first night, and they wouldn’t refund our money. On return, I had to can hotels.com to ask for refund, who said they couldn’t get ahold of anyone on the property. I did get a refund, but would not recommend or go back. 」
