Arriving at the Hotels lobby checking in, there were a que and just one receptionist. A young receptionist came rushing in to help, and starting shouting at the guest to take it easy. (not a good start)
We had paid for a Privilege room, but several facilities were missing in the room. No slippers, No bathrobe, No espresso machine. Further more they write soundproof doors, which is a big lie. We could here the nabo's loud and clear.
The general service at the hotel is way below standards, specially considering the 4 stars they have. The bar service slow, the waiters have attitude, the pool Guy arrogant and slepping at his post.
Apart from the amassing views and beautiful locations, the hotel does not live up to there 4 stars.
