"This is a great resort for families with kids up to about 6 years old. The facilities cater amazingly to thaat age group. For older kids the pool is very good and the games room is also good, but the kids program for 7-9 year olds is only ok.
Breakfast buffet is fantastic, with great choices.
The appartment we stayed in was a very good size with plenty of space.
It is about 15-20 minute walk to the beach, which for us was fine.
You can rent bikes for a good proce if you want to explore...

Der Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns auch wƤhrend einer medizinischen Notsituation jederzeit geholfen, Taxis organisiert und auch auĆerhalb der Essenszeiten noch etwas zur VerfĆ¼gung gestellt. Die Betten waren fĆ¼r uns zwar sehr unbequem, jedoch wurde sofort als wir das gemeldet haben Abhilfe geschaffen. "

"Tolles Hotel in bester Lage von Bansin - leider nicht Heringsdorf.
Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Zimmer gerƤumig und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend.
Leider schlieĆt das Restaurant schon um 21 Uhr (so wie alle umgebenden Restaurants auch). Abends ist in Bansin daher nichts mehr los. Dazu muss man dann nach Heringsdorf oder Ahlbeck gehen.
ParkplƤtze sind in allen KaiserbƤdern knapp und entsprechend teuer. Daher ist auch der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage des Hotels mit 19 ā¬/Tag nicht ganz...
