The room is nice and quite spacious for its price. Great bathroom with decent amenities. Complementary breakfast is a plus. Surrounding area isn't all that great. Kind of shady at night.

度々利用していますが、家族連れにはとても便利なホテルです。 部屋によっては家族４人でも広々とした部屋もあり、裏には有料だが専用駐車場もあるのでとても便利。 朝食のバイキングは品数は多くないが美味しい出の数日は飽きないです。

Excellent staff and services. Nice complimentary breakfast. Free drink all you want service (water/lemonade/coffee) at 12pm-12am. Nice amenities. The rooms are nice for the price. Though the soundproof isn't the best, you can hear chatter from other people's rooms as you walk down the hallway. The area around the property isn't the best. Lots of graffiti nearby, the surrounding area gets rowdy.

最近よく2階の部屋に通されます。この階の部屋は食堂を通らないとホテルの出入りができず、相当なストレスがあります。 予約時に2階の部屋と表示してくれれば利用しません。 また歯磨き用のチューブが小さく 夜と朝の2回使用するには足りない。最近名前とかけ離れて「快適さ」が失われつつあるような気がする。

ラグーナテンボスに遊びに行ったので、子ども2人、大人1人で宿泊しました。 フロントの方は親切な対応で、館内も清潔でした。朝食は7:30には入り口で並んでました。タイミング的にだと思いますが、カレー味やスパイスの効いたメニューが多く、子どもは食べられないものも多かったです。品数は無料にしては多くてよかったです。 お部屋のエアコンを付けたらめちゃくちゃ臭かったのでお掃除したほうがいいと思います。あとボディーソープも変な臭いがしたので、何か入れられてるかも？

今回は家族8人でハイエースをレンタルしホテルへ。 ホテルには専用駐車場（有料）もありハイエースロングの駐車もできた。 裏には小さいが商店街があり飲食店やコンビニも３軒隣にありとても便利でした。 朝食も品数は多くないですが満足のいく朝食でした。 部屋も綺麗でエアコンも匂いがしないし、加湿器もあり室内環境もよかったです。 この値段でこの質はとてもお得だと感じました。 ８月にも豊橋に行くのでまた利用したいホテルになりました。
