You are close to all the area attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg while being in a peaceful hilltop neighborhood with mountain views.
The spacious 4 bedroom home has three levels, with porches on the first and second level to enjoy the gorgeous mountain view. When you enter the home on the first floor there is living area with a game room including a pool table and Smart TV(Streaming TV service used) and wet bar. A queen plus bunkbed combination bedroom, full bath and laundry is also on the first floor.
As you go up the stairs to the second floor you enter an open concept living space with vaulted ceiling and windows looking out toward the mountain view. The 2nd floor open living area has the kitchen, dining room and living room. The living room has a Smart TV and a gas fireplace for those cool nights. The dining room provides seating for 8 and the bar provides seating for 4. Off of the living room you can access the massive screened in porch where you can eat at the outdoor table or relax in the cushioned chairs. Walk out the second-floor front door to the amply furnished deck with a porch swing, rocking chairs, gas fire pit and gas grill. This is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening fire and enjoy the view. On the second floor you will also find the Master King Bedroom and a full bath with a jetted tub/shower combo.
Continuing up to the third floor, you will find the remaining two bedrooms. One with a King bed and the other with a Queen. These bedrooms are connected by a "Jack and Jill" shared bathroom (toilet & shower) with each bedroom having a separate private vanity area. Come back out of the bedroom and you get a wonderful view over the living room and out the 2 story windows that face the mountains.
Parking notes: Our home does have a circular driveway that can accommodate up to 5 vehicles.
Amenities: Community pool and fishing pond are are a short drive, 2miles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $5,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
