"Very cozy atmosphere along with professional and prompt responses throughout our stay to help get us settled in. One of the more unique cabin experiences with the light's and the decor set up around the whirlpool tub. Very soothing and relaxing. Prime spot for a tranquil stay but not too far from the higher travel tourist destinations like Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, and just minutes away from Tuckaleechee Caverns and horseback riding! "

"We really enjoyed this one room with loft cabin. The layout of the open concept was perfect for our family of 4. The king bed wasn’t the most comfortable but also not the worst bed to sleep on for 3 nights. The beds in the loft were very comfortable! The directions given on how to get to the cabin were helpful! The community pool was clean and just a short walk to the cabin or you can drive to it as there is parking designated for the pool. The enclosed hot tub was nice. It doesn’t get crazy hot...

"We had a wonderful family stay at this cabin. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home.The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, surrounded by the beauty of the Smoky Mountains, yet conveniently close to the national park and nearby attractions and could travel to other areas with ease. We loved how Townsend offered a more relaxed, less crowded experience compared to other areas, which made it ideal for a family trip.The cabin provided plenty of space for our family to relax, unwind, and spend quality time together. Whether it was enjoying the mountain views, relaxing on the porch, or winding down after a day of exploring, this cabin was the perfect retreat.Communication with the host was great, and everything was exactly as described. We made some special family memories here and would absolutely recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay in the Smokies. We would not hesitate to book again!"
