"Room REEKED of dog, carpet looked and smelled dirty, room needed completely remodeled, mattress appeared to be at least 30 years old. This went on my never again list."

"I have no complaints for the staff on duty when I checked in. The two rooms we were given initially were not good—one smelled like mold and the other one had a strong air freshener smell. I was traveling with 2 children who have asthma, so I requested two new rooms. The two new assigned rooms were better but had been smoked in. There was mold in the bathroom, window seals, and the air conditioner. There were rips in the fabric cushions and although the bed had no bugs, they were OLD and had many many stains. The rooms were inexpensive and I got EXACTLY what I paid for. Although the floors were redone, they were already in bad shape and my children’s feet were absolutely black when they went to bed. All around gross experience and I’m pretty disappointed."

"It was a good place to stay. Our room was spacious but had a very loud AC unit, which might not be the case in all the rooms. The bed was firmer than we like, but there again, others might be happy with that. The breakfast was very good, and the lady in charge of it was fabulous."

"The room was comfortable and did what I needed it for, we checked in late, which was communicated to the front desk, keys were waiting, had a early event, didn't do the free breakfast, asked for a late checkout was told if we were a member of some club, they could accommodate, but I wasn't, even though we lost most of one day because we checked in late, but overall everything was good. The room was clean, the bathroom had a Crack in the sink and the bathtub, nothing major."
