Propriétaire très sympathique. Immeuble sûr, parking privé fermé. Bon appartement, peut accueillir 4 personnes. Bien exposé, du coup pas trop chaud en fin de journée. Disponibilité pour l’accueil et le départ, séjour parfait. Près des facs, facilité d’accès par périphérique ce qui met le centre ville accessible comme les alentours (1h30 de la mer !) Je recommande, aussi bien pour court séjour que pour séjour long.
