Its location is supreme, the staff were so helpful and accommodating. We felt they went above and beyond, especially Jason and Lauren, to make sure we were comfortable and ALL of their recommendations were on point. Breakfast was extensive, delicious, and all-inclusive. The live performances at the wine and cheese hour helped us escape from the world for a few moments- as did the beautiful and relaxing spa. "We had a wonderful stay at The Houses of History. It was a unique experience, for our family as the property has a lot of character.
The pool was perfect for cooling off during the hot weather and our kids really enjoyed it. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection.
The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming and ready to help. Overall, a memorable stay, and we would happily recommend it to anyone looking for something a little different."

"It is a well kept property. We loved the longer shoreline. It is very busy but still I did not feel super crowded. Lots of activities are offered for families. Food is great.
Suggestion: beach towels. We had to carry our bathroom towels to the beach.
The price of the accomodation is quite high. Minimally, the water at the dinner table should be free."
