Be welcomed into the comfortable living/dining room, where you can look forward to snuggling up on the sofa and watching your favourite film on the TV. Cook up a storm in the fully functioning kitchen, which has everything you will need to create tasty meals for your guests, before settling down around the dining table to enjoy and toast to a wonderful holiday. After a long day of exploring, pour in the bubbles and treat yourself to a long soak in the bath, followed by popping on fresh pyjamas and catching your rest in one of two well-presented bedrooms, a king-size and a twin. As per our listing details, we operate using a Good Housekeeping Bond and whilst we do not take a physical deposit, we have up to 14 days after departure to charge for any additional cleaning or damages caused during your stay and not reported. We understand that accidents can happen so please let us know if you have anything to report before your departure. Thank you

- Extra guests are not allowed unless previously authorised
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property
- We do not allow the use of candles ethanol burners or any other naked flame items. This is a safety precaution to help us prevent a fire starting in the home
- Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Please keep the noise down especially after 10pm
- It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles using the property's electricity supply.
