「This was absolutely the best family vacation we have had! Tracey and Neal were fantastic in meeting all our needs in a casual friendly manner. 「We knew before arriving at the property that there was no hot water and chose to stay as we couldn't find anywhere short notice. The water was still luke warm and the host did everything possible to make us comfortable. When we had problems with the lazy spa she also sent someone around asap. It was a lovely place to stay!」

「Photos showed a room with a view. We were allocated a basement room with no view at all. Noise at below parking level was horrendous. I contacted pure serviced to try cancel our 2nd night for a refund. Their response was to refuse , and to offer a white noise machine to combat the noise! If I could offer zero stars, I would. I will never book another pure service property again, & suggest you do the same. Worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of using. Nowhere on my booking did it state id...
