「Photos showed a room with a view. We were allocated a basement room with no view at all. Noise at below parking level was horrendous. I contacted pure serviced to try cancel our 2nd night for a refund. Their response was to refuse , and to offer a white noise machine to combat the noise! If I could offer zero stars, I would. 「Lovely little house,location fantastic. Everything you needed was supplied, books games even dishwasher tablets and cleaning equipment. Just needs a little TLC. Small negative, we didnt realise the property was over four floors until we got our final confirmation. This caused a slight problem as we had my eighty year old mother with us. All in all a great little getaway and would definitely book the house again.」
