"Clean room. AC is climate control so it was hard to cool down the room but staff helped us open the windows. A bit tricky to open."

"The room was pretty small. You had to step up to the bathroom and the washer/dryer. There's a microwave, sink, dishes and utensils in the room. The area was not very welcoming though. The taxi we had said it was not easy to get to. There's a lot of bars around in the area and a couple of restaurants. I wouldn't want to be there late at night alone. No shopping at all. Hotel had free items like brushes, toothbrushes, etc in the lobby. They had free water bottles and water. Coffee was there but not available after 5pm. We stayed at their Shibuya hotel and the location was more convenient in terms of shops and location to a subway. "

"Hotel mystays is located in a great area. You have access to multiple grocery stores, restaurants and convenience stores. It's roughly a 7 - 10min walk to the station and there is also a tram that brings you within a 2 min walk of the hotel"

"Toast and soup is not breakfast. Woke every morning by cleaning staff seemingly pounding on the rooms. I liked the manager Akio, he was very helpful. "

"Room is very clean. Dining area is very clean too. Lots of free amenities. Stayed for a week and loved it. Hotel smelled good the whole time. Bathroom was clean as well. Very friendly and attentive staff. Easy got get in and out using hotel card. Very cozy and comfortable bed and comforters. Can use airplay in TV. "
