The "Perla Azzurra" apartment is located approx. 90 m from the lake and has direct access to the lake and the shared private jetty. The apartment has a great lake view and has a terrace, large private garden (800 m²) with a beautiful view of Lake Garda and cozy places to linger.
A private parking space is available free of charge. Pedestrian exit on Via San Giorgio in the direction of Cecina. The village of Bogliaco with various restaurants/pizzerias is just under 2 km away; the golf course is approx. 1 km away.
The apartment has an open living area with fully equipped kitchen (Melitta + mocha coffee machine, kettle, induction hobs, dishwasher, oven), 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bathroom with large shower, window and washing machine, satellite TV (42-inch TV), WiFi, all windows with lake view, air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms and in the living room, terrace with wooden barbecue and outdoor table with chairs, 4 garden loungers and 4 deck chairs for the jetty.

Slight defects: several external stairs (not suitable for disabled people), main road Gardesana to cross to reach the jetty.

Die Perla Azzurra ist ein wirklich bezaubernder Ort, sehr einladend, mit so vielen herrlichen Ausblicken auf den Gardasee auf verschiedenen Ebenen des großzügigen Gartens. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die FeWo top ausgestattet. Besonders genossen haben wir die Ruhe des Anwesens etwas abseits der Touristenströme. Mit unserem Kajak konnten wir vom privaten Strand aus lospaddeln. Vom oberen Sträßchen aus waren nach Süden Cecina und Toscolano, nach Norden Gargnone mit dem Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten erreichbar - mit wunderbaren Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Schiffsverbindungen waren auch in der Vorsaison top, um alle Hotspots des Sees zu erreichen. Und ganz langsam verbessert sich auch das Angebot an Fahrradwegen um den See. Zusammenfassend: eine absolute Topadresse.
