「Never saw any staff or service people at all. No water pressure in the shower. But very quaint and loved the area. Would state there again!」

「Great location for visiting the Kilmartin valley and Oban, helpful and friendly hosts, lots of local info available at the property, good breakfast with lots of choice. Next door to a National Trust garden and a 4-star hotel with excellent meals」

「We stayed 2 days and it was excellent. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The large drawing room that overlooks Loch Melfort was also available for us to use which we enjoyed. We enjoyed a delicious 4 course dinner on the evening of our arrival prepared and served by our host Mathew. This was our first visit to Melfort House and hopefully we will be back again soon.」
