「Small hotel with bar/restaurant on the street level. Comfortable bed. I don't think I'd want a room on the street side. It could be noisy. Excellent location on the main street in Oban. Convenient parking in the back of the hotel.」

「Rooms were clean and fresh, however don’t be fooled by “en suite”. All rooms share a bathroom on each floor with a sink in the room. We presumed we had our own. Other than that, we had a nice overnight stay. 」

「What a lovely place to stay! Darren and Karen are marvellous hosts, couldn't do enough to make our visit truly memorable. And the breakfasts were delicious, as well as superbly served. The view over the bay, and the local wildlife enjoying their breakfasts outside the window, added an extra charm ... Coupled to a superb restaurant at the hotel next door, not to mention the magnificent scenery and history of the area, we couldn't have found a more ideal place for a short holiday. 」
