「The entry to the bed and breakfast was through the owner's residence. The state of the entry probably should have given a clue about the cleanliness of the rooms. The floors in the hallway looked as though they hadn't seen a vacuum in a year. Layers of dust on the furniture in the room, and floors that were not cleaned prior to my arrival. The shared bathroom hadn't been cleaned and the shower curtain was covered in pink mold. An old used facecloth hung inside the shower. I made this reservation...

「Lovely grounds, well maintained rooms, very pleasant staff and excellent breakfast, and the main house is a beautiful vintage estate house. I stayed in a separate building with a relaxing common area. It would have been nice to have coffee/tea available in room or in the common area (rather than have the short walk to the office area) to get coffee in the morning, particularly in inclement weather.」

「１８２０年から建っているのか確かめませんでしたが、思わず写真を撮りたくなるような絵になる外観。内装もきちんと整備されています。ところどころ壁が湿気で剥がれてきたりということはありましたが、問題無いレベルです。調度品やベッド、ロビーの家具などアンティークでお洒落です。ただ、３階は断熱が行き届いてないのでしょうか、暑いです。フロントの対応は親切です。」

「The location was convenient for our needs. It was quiet. The listing did not let you know that you had to leave your room for your “private “ bath. The listing stated there was air conditioning, there was a fan. Wayne was friendly and personable.」
