"Part of a group of 3 hotels, next to each other Great to be able to wander into all 3 and use the facilities in them all. We stayed half board for one week in early September at Don Pablo. They have a separate gluten free menu, and were very accommodating of our extra allergies. One of our party uses a wheelchair. Getting around the hotel wasn’t a problem, but we did have problems accessing some of the swimming pools. The sunbeds around the main pool are on different levels, mostly they are not...

"The fitness center is poor with machines that does not work. Check in on-line and still used 15 minutes to get checked in at reception at arrival. And one of our rooms were late getting ready as previous customer had extended their stay with a few hours. How can they extend the stay if the room is to be ready for us... At reception Laura was fantastic :-) "

"Hotel was clean, room was as expected, clean and everything you need, staff polite, great location, walkable to the main town around 30minutes. Lots of bars, restaurants and shopping more local to the hotel as well. Great to have an option of a more relaxed pool which I preferred. Only thing is at busier times it would be more helpful to have more staff on at the reception. "

"Stayed here for 4 days but for most part was at a wedding locally; so didn’t get the full hotel experience but the staff are lovely, we had the junior suite which was a lovely surprise and huge! Food was all hot and nice, everywhere was clean. "
