"We love staying at Hotel Spiwak Chipichape Cali and have been coming back over the last 10 years. We love being beside Chipichape mall and always feel very safe. The rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast buffet is varied and yummy and staff is very friendly and attentive."

"The front desk didn't know I booked. They had me show proof and take photos that i paid. The AC was out on the 4th floor which was the only floor that had a room luckily otherwise we wouldn't have had a place to stay. Towels where dingy and worn out. The next day i had to send the same pictures for proof to anew person. "

"When you make a reservation and get charged for it, you would assume you get to your destination and everything is fine. Not here, turns out they don't to business with expedia, if so, why are they still listed? Anyway, I got charged on site again. I immediately reached out to expedia. They were cool and refunded me in two days. It was just annoying having to pay again, imagine if I didn't had funds. The hotel is good, the employees are very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and it's a good location for walking around cali. "

"The reason why I give this hotel a POOR review is because the water in the room is UNHEALTHY. Brown/yellow color I reported it from day one. I was told they just cleaned the water tank and it will ok but it was the same every single day. I have to go to a salon to wash my hair and buy water bottles to brush my teeth. Unfortunately, there were no hotels available around the neighborhood and I did not receive a discount or refund. Try to walk away is you can. "
