"Great hotel in excellent position by harbour, shops and theatre. Booked front view twin room hoping for great view. We were in 4th floor but unfortunately large trees in front along road so no sea view probably Better on ground or first floor. TV signal was awful. Kept breaking up but didn't go to watch TV but niice just to have on late at night in bed . Hotel overall is lovely but tired.

friendly too which is fantastic. Food ok. 3 course meal for £20 and buffet all you can eat...

"Parking was a problem as its a big hotel and only a limited number of free parking spaces. You could park opposite at leisure centre for £10 for 24hr or there were a few streets a 5 minute walk away for free. Check in was smooth. Room was ok, we had a sea view which was nice but windows were so dirty inside and out that it spoilt that view. We had to ask for extra pillows as only one each on arrival but that was quickly rectified by Reception staff. Towels and bedding were clean and...
