The location was great and we had everything we needed. Unfortunately the bathroom had some possible mold issues and cabinets and door was delaminating.

When we arrived, the dryer was so stuffed with towels and sheets that were all still wet. We had to take them out, dry them in smaller loads, fold them and put them away. We also had to sweep in the main rooms. The fob to access the garage, the elevator and the main door did not work. We had to find a hardware store and get the battery replaced so we could use it. The refrigerator and freezer fan stopped running so the temperature got to 72, and 40 degrees respectively. We had put food in it for our stay and it was in danger of spoilage. We contacted the owner about the towels and sheets, sweeping, and fob. She did get back to us, without telling us how to fix the fob. When we noticed the malfunction with the refrigerator, we contacted her right away and let her know the urgency of the situation. She got back to us with suggestions for fixing it, which we tried. She told us then that someone would come out that day and fix it. That never happened, our food had to be thrown out. The communication was frustrating because, although timely is some ways, it was totally unsatisfactory as it didn't solve the problem. I requested and was given a refund for the cost of the food that spoiled and the battery for the fob. I cannot recommend this property to others

We had a great time in a Great City. Everything was as told and the Hosts were pre-responsive to make sure we knew they were there for us. Location was 20 minutes from the Waterfront, CN Tower, Kensington Market etc. The only Uber was to the Distillery district. WE fit a lot in in 3 nights. City has a really nice vibe and friendly people.

We had a great time at the Comfort Suites. The location was excellent, we were able to walk and take the train wherever we needed to. The room itself was very clean and had everything we needed.My only nitpick would be the check in process. The parking garage was a bit confusing to navigate, it wasn't obvious where we needed to go to find the parking spot until we drove around the garage for a while.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful apartment! As a family of five (three kids), we had more than enough space to feel comfortable and relaxed. The location couldn’t be better—close to everything we wanted to see and do. Everything was clean, well-equipped, and made us feel right at home. We would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

We had an excellent stay at this property. Even though we had 5 people in our group there was adequate space to sleep without feeling crowded. The host provided plenty of towels, extra linens/blankets and included things we didn’t expect, such as coffee and shampoo. The unit was very clean and conveniently had a washer and dryer in the unit, a well-stocked kitchen, and a small balcony (which was relaxing to sit on at night). The location was only a short walk away the Convention Center, CN Tower, Ripley’s aquarium, the sports stadium, a couple lovely parks and was fairly close to the water. There were lots of great shops, restaurants, a grocery store and cafés nearby. Not only was the area convenient, but it felt very safe and we were able to walk everywhere that we needed to without having to rely on rideshares or the train (although, transportation was available nearby). There is street parking available, but we really appreciated the free, secure parking in the building. The host was very attentive to our needs, was pleasant to deal with, checked in with us frequently and responded promptly. He provided instructions on everything, including how and where to access the parking garage, Wi-Fi details and checkout instructions. We would, without a doubt, stay here again. It was one of our best experiences staying in a rental property— and the cost to stay here was very reasonable compared to other similar units we considered.

What a fantastic find!

This cozy spot not only boasts a charming balcony, perfect for soaking in the views, but it's also conveniently located just a stone's throw from the Rogers Centre. The check-in process was a breeze, making my arrival smooth and stress-free. If I had one tiny suggestion, it would be to consider upgrading the laundry units for an even better experience. Overall, I would **absolutely stay here again!** Highly recommended!
