「The staff is amazing」

「Great location and great hotel. Really neat art deco style design. Nice queen size beds instead of doubles」

「The room was spacious and beautiful. The hotel was amazing」

「Our stay at The Monarch San Antonio during the Day of the Dead parade weekend was disappointing, especially for the price. Check-in was painfully slow, with only one employee working despite the busy weekend. Dining was concerning because there was no allergen menu. With a serious tree nut allergy, simply being told food contains no nuts isn’t reassuring. Proper allergy precautions matter. At the bar, we waited 45 minutes while being repeatedly overlooked as guests arriving after us were...

「Always a wonderful stay.」

「Very good」

「Was charged for parking and did not have a car, the original person at the desk was not friendly but after that first day, we were treated extremely well. We were able to work out all the issues.」

「We love staying her here for our UTSA games! The best beds & breakfast is always really good! The best place to stay if you're going to an event at the Alamodome.」

「Clean room and friendly staff.」
