"年末に行きました。露天風呂が冷たく入れなかったが、お風呂は綺麗で、スタッフは暖かく迎えて頂きました。また行きたいです。"

"Staff was super nice at this property. Service was top of the line. They even drove us up and down the road even though we could've walked. Food was delicious, elaborate, and made with superb craftsmanship. Room was so comfortable probably one of the most comfortable ryokans we have stayed at. Private open air bath was perfect with snowing outside!"

"チェックインからの対応はとても良いです。館内は回廊のようになっていますが、中居さんが説明をしてくれながら部屋まで案内してくれます。 温泉はトロトロのお湯でとても気持ち良かった。会席料理もどれも美味しく満足できました。　 部屋もお風呂もどこも清潔で気持ち良く過ごせます。 平日の宿泊だったのでとてもゆっくりできましたが、繁忙期だと状況も違うかもしれません。また来てみたい宿のひとつです。"

"Der Aufenthalt im Horai-kan war ein wunderbares Erlebnis. Das Ryokan ist beim Tsunami zum großen Teil zerstört worden, doch alle haben gemeinsam angepackt und schon nach kurzer Zeit ist das Hotel neu aufgebaut worden. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, die Badebecken sind sehr großzügig besonders das Zedernholzbad mit Blick auf den Ozean ist fantastisch.Das Essen war solch eine Augenweide, liebevoll künstlerisch gestaltet mit 12 verschiedenen Gängen, es ist wirklich jedem zu empfehlen,...

"飯店有點舊"

"The hotel was perfect with a beautiful sunrise view. Make sure you find food before you arrive to the town, not many restaurants around. If I could change anything about my stay, I wouldn't. It was absolutely perfect. Best breakfast buffet I've ever had at a Japanese hotel. Do it, you won't regret it. Hopefully I get the opportunity to come back. "
