"Fantastic hotel. One of the best we’ve come across in Germany. Spacious, clean and comfortable room, with a good shower too! Hotel has a lounge with free snacks and drinks too. Staff were very friendly. Location is obviously at a main train station so all sorts of people around but didn’t feel unsafe and was very convenient to get trams and trains to major attractions. Also has good shops and food around the hotel. Would have loved some English language entertainment channels on the tv."

"Check-in and check-out was nice and friendly. Breakfast had a great assortment of food for the 3 days there. However there wasn’t a free table of coffee in the lobby like Hampton’s in USA , and there isn’t a microwave or small refrigerator or wash cloth but this is the European experience. 😃. There is a grocery store across the street which was very convenient, and close to S-bahn train and tram."
