We stayed at this hotel to attend Oktoberfest and explore attractions in Munich. We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was comfortable, the breakfast was very good, we took advantage of the always-available hot chocolate, cappuccino and tea. We also really liked how close this location was to public transportation. Our room was quiet, and we got a good night's sleep every night.

A very pleasant stay!

The hotel is really charming. It's not much to look at from the front, but it backs on to a wonderful neighborhood full of families, playgrounds, parks, and restaurants. I traveled for business, but the location was also convenient for tourism. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very helpful. I recommend it!

Appreciate the stay

Great! I am grateful they could find a room for us despite some technical issue showing false availability because of the last minute booking that had to be done due to unexpected flight cancelation of our 2nd leg of the trip.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, but the shower had black mold, and wasn’t able to use it. We informed the front desk, but unfortunately, it wasn’t taken care of. The food was great and the hotel was very close to the Bahnhof (train station).

Great stay

We had a great stay. Check in was a little rough as there were a lot of folks checking in, and our guy did not speak very good English, but to be fair, we don’t speak any German and we were in Germany! At check out, we had a wonderful gal who helped us figure it all out. All was good in the end. Convenient location to train, and awesome breakfast. Staff was very friendly!

Nice room, but it was very hot while we were in Munich. The air conditioning did not work. The front desk acknowledged this and sent up fans. The man who delivered them fiddled with the thermostat and claimed it had been fixed, but it was definitely not. The temperature in the room did not sink below 84 degrees. We tried opening the window in the early morning hours, but the traffic and train noises made it too loud to sleep. We ended up trying to use wet hand towels to stay cool. We informed management several times, but they did not offer us any response other than the fans.

Wir waren bis auf 2 Punkte insgesamt sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel somit weiterempfehlen. Punkt 1: Das Hotel ist wohl auf Langzeitaufenthalte ausgelegt, welches bei der Buchung aber nirgendwo erwähnt wurde, somit erfolgt die Zimmerreinigung nur alle 3 Tage, was ich für als nicht gut empfinde. Punkt 2: Die Klimaanlage lässt sich nur ausschalten, wenn 1 Zimmerkarte in der Vorrichtung stecken bleibt. Ansonsten geht sie immer wieder an, sobald man die Zimmerkarte aus der Vorrichtung entnimmt und das Zimmer verlässt.
