"This hotel is the most gorgeous hotel we ever stay! From the staff to the food to the cleaning, everything was spotless!! I don’t have a single complaint. Loved loved loved!!! Even when we departure for the port to take our cruise, the hotel was so kind to book a private driver to drive us, he has the license to go all the way near the cruise to droop you off! How convenient was that?! Got even better, this hotel is near everything! Don’t look for another hotel, booked right now this gorgeous hotel!!"

"my first stay was fine. the second was horrible. the breakfast is good and the location is good. this is all that is good. but there are plenty of other hotels with good breakfast and great location. this time the room was atrocious-the bed had a nook and you can bump your head if not being careful. I had to put a pillow to block it. they only gave one little body lotion for two people-i guess we supposed to share a little paper sample between two people. cute, right?! also, my paper cups were never replaced. for all days that I stayed there, the cleaning lady never put clean, new cups. should be a very basic thing to do: check the room for basics and replace used ones. a day before my departure, i asked the front desk guy to make a note to call me a taxi to the airport for the next day. the front desk guy told me that they DO NOT call taxi. he has told me that I only could order a limo-YES, A LIMO- from the hotel directly which is double price of taxi or more than triple of the train ticket. he then winked at me-another cute moment from this hotel. I was not interested and obviously, I made other arrangements myself. for those who want to go to coliseum or some other attraction via a taxi-guys, you can travel in style in limo. besides, according to some front desk guy, that is the only option lol. how absurd is that? on the morning of my check out the other guy who did my check our asked if I want.... a taxi. book this place at your own risk... "

"N/A on breakfast and AC. Our overall experience was fine. Our main problem was very slow drains in the bathroom sink and shower. The two shower doors were missing and we had to do our best to take a shower without getting a lot of water on the floor. This was very challenging and we did the best we could. We informed the front desk receptionist within the first 24 hours of our stay of the situation, but no maintenance was ever done. We stayed three nights and got through it. It is doubtful we would ever go back to this hotel. "

"Rooms were very clean, with the mattress looking brand new. Staff were very friendly and spoke English as well as Italian and very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and well worth it to start our day. "

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They had a great breakfast buffet with lots of options. Our room was clean and had air conditioning. The street is noisy if your room is on the street side. I requested a change to the opposite side which was quiet. The room was also larger and nicer. I appreciated their willingness to allow the change. The hotel is walking distance to the Vatican."

"This place was so cozy, clean and very modern looking. This hotel is very secure with multiple door entries with your building pass card. The staff are very personable and very accommodating. Our room was stocked with extra items such as a razor, and cotton swabs. The linen and beds were comfortable and the air conditioning is very, very responsive. It is a 5 min walk to the Vatican and a plethora of shops and restaurants are nearby! Highly recommend!!! "
