Free n simple breakfast, nice staff n able to communicate with my poor Japanese and english. Clean room, wifi and ac good. The only thing is nearby have hell tons of love hotel, not sure is it a good spot for family trip, but definitely good enough for solo traveler like me.

Check in by machine with no acknowledgment from the two people on reception duty. Room cramped, barely space to pass end of the bed to bathroom. Bed hard. Clean, all facilities available, towel, shower gel etc. Breakfast limited but acceptable. No coffee left, breakfast room in reception. Ok for one night.

This was next to the train station, only 2 min walk away. We ran into a day that rained, we did take our own umbrella, but discovered that the hotel had many umbrellas that were free to use and available at the entry way. Also, we discovered that since our check out was at 10, but flight was later in the day, the hotel would be able to hold our luggage and watch it for us until we picked it up. I loved the breakfast as it was homemade and fresh each day. Simple food, but so good.

Got JR station 3 min away and sub station 10 min. This hotel got the worst breakfast that I taste in my life. If you are tigh at budget book this, if you can afford a little more consider another option

Good location, train-station nearby. Ueno and Asakusa on walking distance and friendly and helpful staff. This is not a fancy hotel, breakfast was served in the lobby and there is no smoking-lounge. Room was only cleaned once during my stay of 6 nights, but everyday you will recieve fresh towels.

Hotel room is clean. Location is 1-4mins away from bus and train stations which is very convenient. The hotel is also walking distance to Ueno Park which I love the most. There are also restaurants near the hotel that you can try. There are 2 convenience stores to choose from. Plus you have free breakfast. ☺️

駅からも近く立地は、非常に良く価格も適正価格と思えます。 しかし、部屋が非常に狭くベッドの脇をすり抜けて移動する感じです。 あと東横INNの売りである朝食が他の東横INNに比べ非常に劣ります。
