Stayed a few nights here. The lockers were a bit small, but the staff is very accommodating and kept my bigger suitcase in a separate location. Bathrooms and showers were pretty clean (apart from the occasional messy guest), and the capsules themselves were surprisingly spacious and comfy. I would stay here again.

The property was super clean, cozy and quiet. It was lovely being next to Kanda station and a quick train ride away from anything. I chose 9h for my 3 day stop in Tokyo and as a solo woman it was perfect. I especially liked that there was a space to do my hair and makeup with good lighting. The other girls were quiet and respectful and I felt very comfortable here. Everyday you are provided a new bag of linens which is also great. 100% I will stay again next time I come to Tokyo.

My sister and I stayed for 1 night and tge space was exactly as expected. I clean and quiet space to spend the night. The showers were well kept with good water pressure and heat. They provide a bag with pajamas, slippers, and a toothbrush. The lockers snuggly fit a standard medium sized suitcase. Overall a great experience!

It's everything it's promised. Everything is in good condition. But it's not suitable for people traveling with a lot of luggages and really prefer convenience. Not being able to access your things easily is a downside. It's good for those traveling with fewer belongings.

Everything clean and amazing. They provided clothes to change into, slippers, towels, toiletries and a locker available for you. The locker is a bit small so prepare to ask for extra storage or just plan on traveling a little lighter.

It was a great place within a great area. The only thing I wish was is the place had a common area/lounge area.

The staff was very welcoming. At check in the lady noticed that I had a bare scrape on my elbow and offered me a band aid which I gladly accepted. The capsule and facilities were super clean.

Firs time staying at a capsule hotel. Was clean, neat, and quiet. The only thing I didn't like was how firm the beds were. Overall would book again if need a last minute room in a nice quiet area.

Hotel is great and very clean, the only inconvenience is that luggage must stay in lockers on the ground floor and every time you need something you have to go downstairs

Surprisingly pleasant. Not much room in the pod or much free space so it really is just for sleeping but comfortable and quiet and good WiFi reception in the pods too.

Affordable and convenient location close to the station, and near to other popular neighborhoods. Sizeable locker to safely store your items while you're away. Quiet and clean rooms, with clean capsules. Easy to sleep in.

Wonderful location, friendly staff, clean and well-organized. However, neighbors were noisy, I had very poor sleep. This concept doesn’t work with all people, especially shallow sleepers like me.
