Absolutely loved staying here. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and had great attention to detail. The area felt safe and there were many transportation options: Tokyo Station was a short walk away, the metro was an even shorter walk away, there was a bus stop nearby and many taxis in the area. The sound of traffic could get a little loud at times, but it’s a big city so that’s to be expected. I would definitely stay here again!

A fantastically located hotel with good amenities. Plenty of family restaurants around the area, as well as many great local eateries and bars. Convenience stores are in almost every corner nearby, and Hatchobori station is within a 1 minute walk. Easily walkable to Ginza and Tokyo Station also. The facilities themselves are somewhat dated now, but very comfortable overall and staff were excellent.

Had corner rooms during two separate stays recently (606 & 306) Large room and window able to open which was nice and has view of canal. Second stay the room smelled like someone had smoked in there but perhaps just a heavy smoker. Not anything fancy for sure but didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. Not a lot of traffic at night so could sleep with window open. Higher floor better. Good buffet breakfast in connected restaurant.

Clean and cosy hotel in good location w/ no frills

Staff were friendly and location was pretty good but limited facilities and the room wasn’t the nicest. It was clean and comfortable enough just a tad cosy and not the best style/layout. Overall price was okay compared to other hotels in Tokyo but you don’t get much for your money in Tokyo unfortunately. Fine for a work trip or casual holiday but probably not the place for a special occasion.

The location is great. There are three convenient stores on each corners of the hotel. It’s also right next to the subway entrance. However the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel caters more to westerners and it doesn’t provide the authentic Tokyo experience.

We have stayed at this property several times over 40 years (it was once a Holiday Inn!) and although the present renovation is sparkling and nice, the neighborhood is still its best feature although it too has changed dramatically over 40 years. Service and price are still outstanding,
