AMAZING property, centrally located in the financial district. I take one solo trip yearly, and stay at FourSeasons. Otemachi did not dissapoint! The two hour massage was amaIng. George and Tsatsu at concierge are amazing! VIRTU is a vibe! Keith and his team were amazing. The pizza in the hotel is to die for! I will see you soon, FourSeasons Otemachi! The blackout curtains, comfy bed and heated toilets are amazing! The bath is cozy! Definitely a dream property in a magical city!

Five star four seasons
Everything you would expect from a Four Seasons property. A compact hotel but has everything you could possibly need. Without exception the staff were exceptional and couldn’t have been friendlier or more accommodating. We booked a twin double room and the double beds were barely big enough for a couple but just about bearable. The food was great. Spa and wellness area lovely and location for visiting Tokyo was great.

Incredible property
Incredible location next to the imperial gardens! The staff was amazing, friendly and impeccable in service. Gorgeous views of Tokyo and Mt. Fuji in in the background. Rooms were spacious and beautiful.

Everyone we encountered at the hotel was so hard working, courteous and proactive in their interactions with us. All of the staff we encountered, even those we just past by, offered a warm friendly greeting and an offer of assistance. We felt genuinely welcomed by the hotel staff. The housekeeping’s attention to detail was great down to making sure to dust and wipe down all services and we always had fresh towels, linens and plenty of extra waters in our room. Though the hotel was beautiful and immaculately kept, it was the staff that left a lasting impression. Four Seasons is great hotel brand but the Otemachi staff (even those still learning the ropes) were impressive. We had occasion to witness an employee (perhaps a newer employee/trainee) have a little difficulty with understanding what a guest was asking for. The employee’s reaction after profusely apologizing (there was no need to) took swift action to carry out the guest’s request. After we observed she looked down on herself and her “mistake”. Her supportive senior told her not to worry and that it was just something new she had learned. Such a refreshing supportive team all working together to achieve guest satisfaction! We want to make sure the entire staff is recognized for their teamwork and attention to detail which definitely did not go unnoticed. It was very much appreciated and respected. Thank you! The hotel was magnificent! Concierge was Great! The staff and Service was off, especially in Spa and Breakfast. The pool attendant kept watching us while in pool or jacuzzi and writing things down on a clipboard and talking on their microphone. A very weird experience and difficult to relax while being watched. Happened both days, wife felt uncomfortable after 1st day and didn't want to go back to pool. I finally had to ask the Lady to leave us a along the first day, which she was reluctant to do. Also, for a service charge added to all your bills, ridiculous I had to ask for refills on my water glass at Breakfast. My $300 onsen experience a night prior to this far surpassed the "Legendary" service I was supposed to receive at the 4 Seasons.

Not all four seasons are the same and you just can't beat Japanese hospitality when it comes to hotel games. Hot tub with imperial view and sunset is a must do. The thing I loved the most is the Otemachi station which has four major lines and the exit c2a is 10 seconds walking from hotel entrance. Also right across the street is the Financial city with tons of restaurants at B1. Overall 10 out of 10 experience and will be back for sure next time.

Amazing stay at 4 Seasons Otemachi. My wife, son and I were greeted right away by Mr. Anthony Tschudin who gave us helpful insight into the hotel amenities and restaurants. His energy and expertise really set a great tone for the rest of the stay. We had dinner at Est which was phenomenal. Set menu and we enjoyed every part of the meal, a first. The Chef and his staff are truly remarkable. Excellent accommodations with view of the Imperial Garden. Perfect stay.

Estupenda experiencia. La arquitectura de interiores es bellísima y llena de detalles. Muy bien lograda la insonorización; no se oye ruido alguno dentro de las habitaciones que son espaciosas, cálidas y finamente decoradas. La calidad del servicio fue maravillosa, el concierge nos ayudó con reservas y restaurantes de manera muy eficiente.
