被分配到與照片不符的超級小房間

訂兩人兩張單人床房間，但與照片完全不符，不是左右並排的單人床，而是靠邊排成一直線的，像是一人房改的，床是折疊床，不是很穩，空間小到24吋旅行箱完全無法打開，地上細節到處有灰塵感覺有一段時間沒人住，床單也感覺有灰塵，枕頭是扁的厚度2公分很難睡，電視遙控器電池壞掉，廁所衛生紙架也是壞的，垃圾要自己倒與分類這個沒問題，但是卻沒有提供足夠備品，熱水如果一人泡澡後另一個人則完全沒熱水可以洗澡。除了上述的不滿意外，必須說地點很好，很近地鐵，附近商店街與百貨公司很方便，超市也近也開夠晚。不過下次不會在入住。

立地や施設にはとても気に入りました。口コミを見て衛生面が心配でしたがとても綺麗でした。洗濯機やグラス食器などあるので生活しやすかったですが、テーブルがないので食事はし辛かったです。あと予約する際どの部屋になるのかわかりにくいので、これはエクスペディア側の問題かもしれませんがもっとわかりやすくして欲しいです。総じては満足のいくものでしたので、また宿泊したいです！！

離車站很近

自動cheak in很方便，房價價格合理離車站步行約7分，附近有很多餐廳和百貨公司買東西吃東西都很方便生活機能很棒喔

ちょっと解りづらい場所であるが、駅より近いので便利です。滞在で困ったことは、ごみの分別です。部屋に分別用のごみ箱等があればより活用できると思いました。

幕張に近いホテル

ホテル自体は表口には建物の名称等があったが、裏口には何も書かれていないので、間違えて裏口から入ったら分からないので注意!! 設備等にも少し問題があった。まず、テレビは設置されているが、自分が泊まった部屋のアンテナ線の不具合か不明だが、テレビが全く映らない。電波の設定を見ると、ほぼ受信出来ない状態だと分かった。また、インターネットの回線も21時頃から速度が出ていない様に思えた。動画サイトで動画をタブレットで見ていたが、5分程度の動画も見るのにローリングがしばらくしていて見れなかった。休む為の目的での宿泊だったので、問題は無かったが部屋での時間つぶしがほぼ出来ない状態だった事だけは言えます。

Hotel location is very good

Best location for shopping, close to Ohimachi station next to Shinagawa. Room is average quality, Good point is Kitchen & Refregerator, Separated Bath & Toilet, washing machine. Bad point is small bed and just 2 small pillows and no cushions. They should prepare at least 4 different types of bed pillows.

ใกล้สถานีมาก เดินทางสะดวก

ภายในห้องพักมีอุปกรณ์อำนวยความสะดวกครบถ้วน อยู่ใกล้สถานีมาก เดินทางสะดวก มีซุปเปอร์อยู่ติดกันเลย แต่เปิดหน้าต่างไม่ได้ และห้องค่อนข้างคับแคบ เหมาะสำหรับการพักคนเดียว

Nice place to stay in Tokyo

Good place to stay, really close from Oimachi station which made easy to access. It is really small, but it has everything you need. It has a lot of places to eat nearby nightlife is good and breakfast options near the station are ok too. The only complain for me is that the windows can’t open, so if you wash your clothes here it will take a long time to dry. I’ll stay here again ;)

매우 협소한 공간이지만 갖출건 다 갖춘 아주 아늑한 공간이다 또한 오이마치에 위치하고 있어 도쿄 어디를 가든 쉽게 지하철을 타고 접근할수 있는 장점이 있다 다시 온다면 한번더 오고 싶다 춪천

2月だったので、布団が薄めで寒く感じました。夜もずっとエアコンの暖房をつけっぱなしにして就寝しました。駅やスーパーが近くてとても便利でした。カップルで滞在しましたが、椅子が一つしかなかったので、もう一つ折り畳み等の簡易なものでいいので椅子があれば便利だと思いました。

駅ちか、スーパー近、食事処も周辺に多数

大井町駅から近く、すぐそばに家電量販店、スーパーが入っているビルがあり、滞在中の買い出し等に非常に便利でした。周辺にもおいしいレストランやバーがあるので、ビジネスでの集まりにも活用できました。チェックインの方法の連絡のやり方に戸惑いましたが、直接問い合わせをしたところ丁寧に対応していただき、チェックイン当日はスムーズに部屋に入ることが出来ました。
