An excellent house just a stone's throw from the coast (20 meters). Completely renovated, decorated and equipped with respect to the Tinian architecture and perfectly harmonized with the landscape. The distance from the sea will offer you the ideal vacation on a coast quite protected from the north winds, organized or not. The large terrace and all interiors have excellent sea views. The house is only 42 square meters but is ergonomically constructed and organized to ensure comfortable movement of four people in it. It can accommodate up to 4 people and has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with two built-in sofas. The sofas can be used as beds and are quite comfortable. The living room also has a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing any of your meals during your stay. The house has two air condition units, one in the bedroom and one in the living room.
We carefully follow all the required health protocols taking into account the instructions of the World Health Organization, the National Health Organization and AirBnB. Our goal is to ensure that all guests are safe during their stay. The cleaning is performed by specialized personnel, the safety and hygiene measures are observed while we have ensured that there is enough time for the cleaning and adequate ventilation of the house between the reservations. During the cleaning, the house is ventilated, all surfaces and objects are completely cleaned while branded detergents are used to disinfect the house.
Guests have access to all areas of the residence during the stay.
The property is just on the beach of Laouti in Agios Ioannis of Tinos (beachfront). Access to Agios Ioannis's main beach is also easy (just 100 meters from the house). Both beaches have organized and non organized parts while in very close location there are restaurants where you can enjoy your lunch or dinner.
Access to the area is very easy using the public transportation of the island. During the summer, there are bus schedules every one hour. The distance of the bus stop is 300 meters. In any case, it is suggested that you rent a car in order to explore and admire all the beauties that the island has to show.
