"Place was fine for the price but certainly not nice."

"The home is exactly as presented in the listing. It was clean and very comfortable. There are a couple more chairs in the living room than shown, so it was comfortable for our whole party. The kitchen is very large--unlike many Rochester options--so one person can easily be making coffee while another is making toast and another is getting juice. It's a split level, with one full bath on each floor, which is nice for those who have difficulty with a long set of steps. It was easy to find and in a very quiet and safe location. The hosts were great, answering questions promptly both before booking and during our stay."

"The staff at the Double Tree makes you feel right at home all the while making you feel like your a VIP. They have everything you need in the hotel if you dont want to leave but are also in a primary location where there are many things to do and eat. They made my sons birthday weekend super special from the front desk check in to getting a shirley temple from the in house bar and grill. "

"Staff was exceptionally helpful & friendly especially Lindsay at the check-in desk and the bald gentleman managing the breakfast room. - his welcoming attitude was an huge morning boost! Excellent breakfast selections. The only complaint is the A/C unit is very loud when it’s running. "

"Our stay was wonderful during a time when comfort and convenience meant so much to us. The owner communicated exceptionally well throughout our visit, regularly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was very clean, comfortable, and clearly well maintained, which made it easy to relax after long days.We stayed here while my husband was having surgery at the Wilmot Cancer Institute, and the location was incredibly convenient. The home felt warm and inviting — exactly what we needed during a stressful time. We’re very grateful for the thoughtful hospitality and would absolutely recommend this property to others."
