"I was in Rochester NY for 3 solid days for The Shannon Joy Truth and Wellness Summit. I traveled by car in from Dayton Ohio. All I needed was a place to sleep and put my stuff while in N.Y. Red Roof Inn did that just fine. I'm a busker and I'm used to sleeping in my car overnight...so...having access to a full restroom facility, bed, tv, fridge, microwave...was adequate for me. I require very little. Warm..restroom and shower...secure place for my belongings was all met by Red Roof Inn. If you desire "The Hilton Experience" every time you sleep somewhere other than your house? You will despise RRI. But if you're a person like me who just needs adequate amenities for existence away from the house? You're good. Thanks Red Roof Inn. If I'm in that area of NY again? I'll come back. Peace. "The home is exactly as presented in the listing. It was clean and very comfortable. There are a couple more chairs in the living room than shown, so it was comfortable for our whole party. The kitchen is very large--unlike many Rochester options--so one person can easily be making coffee while another is making toast and another is getting juice. It's a split level, with one full bath on each floor, which is nice for those who have difficulty with a long set of steps. It was easy to find and in a very quiet and safe location. The hosts were great, answering questions promptly both before booking and during our stay."

"The staff at the Double Tree makes you feel right at home all the while making you feel like your a VIP. They have everything you need in the hotel if you dont want to leave but are also in a primary location where there are many things to do and eat. They made my sons birthday weekend super special from the front desk check in to getting a shirley temple from the in house bar and grill. "
