「The service was excellent! We got a complimentary ride from the airport. Even though our flight was 30 minutes late, the shuttle driver waited for us at the airport. Then everyone was very welcoming offering free water bottles every day and also an apple when we were leaving early and didn’t have time for breakfast. Also, the food at the Erie Grill was excellent and included some healthy options.」
「There were prior used towels on the floor in the closet, so whoever cleaned the bathroom just moved the towels into the closet, which makes you wonder how clean the room is.
