"Definitely not a safe neighborhood. But when I checked in, the lady who checked me in said I had already checked in and handed me my key cards. The wrong first name was spelled on the key card envelope, and it was a rude name, to say the least. And then there was no room number? It was all so odd and uncomfortable. Breakfast was the best part, it had solid options."

"It was across the street from the convention center. The motel was good and comfortable. Had to pay for parking there but it was worth it. No breakfast and it was $17 if you wanted, but declined. The lady at the front desk, when we checked in was rude. Tge roo. Was good comfortable beds and clean. Will probably stay there if we ever go back for a concert."

"The staff were friendly and kind. The hotel and our room smelled strongly of weed. The sink wouldn’t drain and the bathroom was in disrepair. The bedding was ripped and stained. I tried to contact Expedia and they said someone would call. It’s been a week and no one has called. Again the staff were all friendly and helpful but the building is need of a lot of repairs and a good cleaning for the smell. "

"Overall our stay was perfect. The bed was very comfortable, room was clean, no issues at all. Only thing I noticed was we stayed on the 5th floor and when entering the hallway there was a very strong smell of cigaret smoke. There were not smoking rooms, so my guess was a guest ignored this. I was traveling with a child and it was perfect for a quick overnight stay at an affordable rate. Staff at the front desk were great. "
