So since we were coming in late we were going to let the kids swim in the morning. However, the pool doesnt open until 9 am. Which is late for any hotel. We had to be on the road before then, so we had some disappointed kids. Also, when you book it says they will send you a digital key and you dont have to stop at the desk. They didnt send me one and we had to stop at the desk...

「We stayed in the King suite and are very thankful our plans changed and we didn’t have all four of us and our dog or we wouldn’t have fit. The sleeper sofa was in extremely poor condition and couldn’t fit 2 children at all. The tv wouldn’t work and I spent a lot of time fixing it myself after calling the front desk. We understand the renovations were happening but would’ve appreciated a different room considering we didn’t have our pet and were placed right next to the construction area. It...

「We had a spill on the floor and when we wiped it up, the cloths were black. That is how dirty the floor was. Sheets and beds were clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no coffee pot available in our room.」

「The pool was a disappointment. Circulation of water was poor and water had a slimey feel to it. Lighting in bathroom was in permanent on position making it hard to sleep in the room. Coffee maker did not work. Property was not able to get it fixed during our stay. Seemed to have poor communication between shifts. 」

「This location definitely served its purpose. Outside of having trouble with the keycard working, and thinking we had a pullout sofa bed because the description states it slept 3. It was a solid night of sleep. They brought a rollaway bed for our teenaged son, and we only needed 1 key card to work. 」

「Building is in desparate need of a refresh. The carpet in our room was stained and filthy. Concern about the filter in the HVAC as I had congestion the next day. Staff was wonderful and kind. They did say renovations are coming. Breakfast was very limited. 」
