"We had a room with a beautiful view of the Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. Room was spacious for a London room."

"The staff were all so helpful, as expected with a hotel that has only been open 2 weeks there were some teething issues but the staff honestly handled everything so well! The hotel itself is modern, in a great location and just has a really nice vibe. The room had an incredible view and a sleek set up. The bed is outrageously comfortable to that was a big big bonus! My only criticism is the temperature of the room was almost unbearable. The "AC" would only let the room go down by -3° of the current temperature so the majority of our stay the room was sat at about 20 degrees. With no airflow whatsoever. So we ended up keeping the curtains closed and the fridge stocked with water. Thankfully the weather in London was beautiful that we didn't mind spending majority of our time outside because there was a bit of dread with returning to the room."

"Disappointment in the fact how unreachable the bookings and reservations team was. I had to cancel and I tried calling up multiple times to an attempt to cancel or at least rearrange and even emailed them…no answer. Also hotel.com tried also to contact them to waiver the non-refundable payment out of goodwill, no reply. Would have been appreciated if I at least got reply regardless of what it was. Makes me wonder what the service would have been like if I stayed."

"I stayed at Vertus Edit few times. The location is good and the price is usually reasonable. A couple of points I noticed this time around. There is no air conditioning which was a struggle this time with the warmer weather. The iron available in the room isn’t a steam iron which feels a bit silly. The ironing board was so wobbly that makes it almost impossible to use it."
