"We always stay at this property when we go to Oregon. This stay was made more memorable by the Supervisor on the floor that day - Alex (I forgot to get his last name). He made our check-in smooth and efficient. He was very hospitable, accomodating, friendly and kind. Unlike other check-in personnel from other hotels, he was very friendly and not a snob. "The property itself was nice and the rooms were very nice. Everything was fine ,but the front desk receptionist, Bruce. He is just rude and could care less about the customer. I was trying to explain about the parking situation and he interrupted me twice. And when i asked him to check out the parking lot to be sure i was in the right area, he said he was too busy. There was no one else even around. And then he went outside and just stood there talking on his phone. Not the usual friendly...
