Elevators were not working and the lady at the front desk did not know if our room was on the left side or right side of the building, of course she directed us to the wrong side. They are understaffed. The front door to our room was unlock and cracked open. We were given only one towel each and there were no towel racks.

Extremely dirty room. Temp was at 85 when we got into the room. Pee all over bathroom floor, tears in screen and filthy windows and mirrors. Thankfully sheets seemed clean but the rest of the room was filthy.

It was 102° day we went to a first motel and that was horrible so then we checked into this hotel to be switched to five different rooms the first four did not have AC working the fifth room finally had AC that worked and it was not until I asked for the woman's fan behind the desk until she gave us a room with a working AC but other than that all five rooms were spotless they were clean except for the last room the tub I would not trust great location close to a lot of different stores and gas stations and eats. Honestly would stay there again if I got the exact same room that we had for the fifth room

Elevator out made to walk up stairs I 3rd floor. Toilets nasty. Air was broken, couch broken,island hinges off exposed rat and roach traps.Then was locked out of room had to travel downstairs to reprogram. Total disaster, won't be back.

Room had a musky smell due to the a/c’s are kept off until the room guests turn them on. There were large roaches in the room and the water did get really hot just warm. Bed spread had an old stain on it. A/C unit leak water until the carpet underneath it. I wouldn’t stay there again!!!

The hotel offers a free breakfast. Breakfast was the choice of slices of white or wheat toast or 3 apples and cereal. There was no milk, juice, pastries, waffles, eggs, bacon/sausage, or anything else you would consider a breakfast food. There was a bigger breakfast selection at the gas station next door.

They have signs that say vending on each floor but there isn't. If you want a drink you have to go to the desk. Went to check out and waited 20 minutes for someone to show up. Something in the room had me itching all night. When I checked in the lady at desk was talking on her phone on speaker and was not professional. Then when I was leaving I felt like someone was watching me. I would not recommend anyone stay here.
