"Clean room with efficient check in and valet parking. The buffet breakfast was really nice, and the beach access and convenience were top notch. A self-park option would be nice, but the valet was very efficient and friendly."

"This was a great place to stay for our brief day trip to Colonial Williamsburg. It was clean and, more importantly, spacious. We had friends staying in one of the nearby units and we were able to spend the evening together in our place very comfortably. Also, I assume because of the time of year, it was a great deal."

"The place was pretty nice but the 2nd night we had literally no hot water for a shower and then the bathroom sink had no cold water so we had to brush our teeth with hot water! We called to find out about vending machine and were told the 3 floors that them and literally all 3 were out of order with signs on them and the from desk seemed oblivious to this. "

"Unit clean and bed was comfortable and better than a hotel with full kitchen and living room space. Amenities fee collected on arrival should be waived during winter season when pool and outside activities not possible. "
