Great friendly staff. Rooms are spacious, but would have liked a double bed rather than 2 singles. Location is just perfect, a minute walk to the front. Would definitely return.

Spotlessly clean with wonderful staff

From the moment we arrived into the place the staff couldn't do enough for us. The place itself is spotless and the pool area is beautiful. Breakfast is fantastic, there are plenty of choices of both hot and cold food. Will definitely stay here again. It's location is also fantastic

Relaxia Lanzaplaya was a very nice resort. The Location was very good and staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean. Food were delicious. The facilities were not as good as other very top resorts but with the price we paid it was definitely very good value for money and we were glad that we have made the right choice. Really pleased with our stay at this resort!

Our second stay at the hotel. Excellent location, just a 1 minute walk to the front. The pool area is really relaxed and kept really clean. The rooms were spacious and cleaned everyday. The breakfasts had loads of choice and was well cooked. The staff are incredibly friendly and check in is nice and smooth, only downside for those with motility issues may find the amount of steps an issue so maybe request a poolside room. We're already booking for next year.

Nice hotel in good location

Hotel was lovely, our apartment was nice and quiet. Good location for accessing the beach, strip and busses/taxis. Good pool and lounge area. Not a big fan of the buffet, the breakfast was OK but the dinner wasn't very good, plenty of nice restaurants a short walk away. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly

Lovely accommodation. Newly renovated would definitely return. Only thing I would suggest to owner is to do more towel changes . ( only had one towel change in 6 days. Other than that perfect.
