Atalaya is a medium sized complex with a communal pool located very centrally in Puerto del Carmen. A three minute flat walk brings you to the very centre of Puerto del Carmen's seafront promenade where there are shops, restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and budgets. Playa Grande, Puerto del Carmen's golden expanse of beach is 7 minutes walk.

The apartment is refurbished and has comfortable furnishings.
The open lounge and dining has an L-shaped sofa, flat screen SMART TV, and dining table and four chairs. The TV has UK channels.

The well equipped kitchen has hob, microwave, full oven, large fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, crockery, glasses, pans, cutlery.

There are two bedrooms, each with twin beds, good wardrobe space and ceiling fans.
